SyberWorks LMS e-Learning Implementation Podcast Looks at Selling Online FDA Compliance Training

“This episode examines how ServiceMaster Clean has developed the SyberWorks Learning Management System to provide training to franchisee business owners and their employees for the ServiceMaster Clean and Furniture Medic franchise divisions. They use franchisee training to bring business owners into their system and to provide ‘train the trainer’ programs so business owners can train their employees. The ‘train the trainer’ program was developed with the intent of providing resources for business owners who need to train employees that do not have access to a computer and the Internet.”
Boggs says, “Kevin also mentions a library of webinar resources they have developed that cover diverse topics such as time management, outlook, excel training or any topic they need to run their business. The program is successful and has grown from 300 to over 4,700 users. The podcast also looks at how they use video and the tools used to create their video and online training.”
Boggs continues, “He also discusses their implementation of our new, configurable dashboard which they will be using for both learners and administrators.
