Mary Kay Lofurno: Hello. This is Mary Kay Lofurno, Marketing Director here at SyberWorks. Welcome to the 90th episode of the e-Learning Lingo Podcast series.
Last week, Dave Powell talked about “webinars.” This week Dave defines the “multiple intelligences theory.” So I ask you, do you know your e-Learning Lingo?

Mary Kay: All right Dave, tell us about the multiple intelligences theory?
Dave Powell: The multiple intelligences theory was proposed by Dr. Howard Gardner and says that every individual has many different intelligences. These intelligences can work together and as a result, instructors should design lessons that address and foster the growth of all intelligences.
Mary Kay: So Dave, what types of intelligences do people actually have?
Dave: The intelligences that Dr. Gardner identified are linguistic, musical, logical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalistic, spatial and bodily.
Mary Kay: Good stuff Dave. Have a great afternoon!
Dave: You too Mary Kay, talk to you soon!
Mary Kay: This is Mary Kay Lofurno, Marketing Director at SyberWorks. Thanks for listening to episode 90 of the e-Learning Lingo Podcast.
