Mary Kay: OK Dave, so explain what the Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation is.

David Powell: The Kirkpatrick training evaluation is now considered to be an industry standard across the human resources and training communities. It’s four levels are: reaction of students to training, learning and the resulting increase in knowledge, behavior and capability improvement, and finally results on organizations stemming from trainees’ altered performance.

Mary Kay Lofurno: Thanks for that explanation, Dave. Have a terrific afternoon.

David Powell: You too, Mary Kay. Talk with you soon!
