Mary Kay: OK, Dave, what are communities of interest?

David Powell: Communities of Interest encompass people within or outside an organization who share interests in some aspect of their business or profession. These communities may be formal and highly organized, such as professional associations or very informal, such as people in different departments discussing common business issues.
