Mary Kay: OK Dave, so what is business process re-engineering?
David Powell: Business process re-engineering is a management approach that seeks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes within and across organizations. Information technology often plays an important enabling role, and while this concept is often applied to corporate reorganization, it may also add value to training operations.
