Mary Kay: Hi Dave! So, tell us about best practices.
David Powell: Best practices are any processes or techniques that usually deliver more positive and fewer negative outcomes than other alternative procedures. The idea is that with proper processes, checks and testing, a desired outcome can be delivered with fewer problems and unforeseen complications.
