Mary Kay: Hi Dave! So, tell us about the “ADDIE model of instructional design.”
David Powell: ADDIE stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The ADDIE model of instructional design represents a flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools. It is also known as an Instructional Systems Design or ISD model.
