Mary Kay: Hi Dave! Tell our audience, what are “key performance indicators?”
David Powell: The Key Performance Indicators; KPI's, help organizations achieve their goals by both defining and measuring progress. They are agreed upon by the organization and are measurable indicators designed around success objectives. KPI metrics are connected to specific objectives that have at least one time-sensitive parameter defined and have explicit thresholds that can gauge the gap between progress objectives and time parameters.
