Mary Kay:Hi, Dave. So, tell us about the generative learning model.
Dave Powell: The generative learning model is a four-phase process that encourages students to take action with the information they are given. This constructivist approach allows students to create new meanings through their own active use of information. The four phases of the generative learning model are preliminary, focus, challenge and application.
