In this edition, we are going to be talking with Steve Pena, Senior Implementation Consultant here at SyberWorks, about his recent article “Distributor Modeled Training.”

Mary Kay: Hi Steve. It is great to have you here on the SyberWorks E-Learning Podcast series.
Steve Pena: Great to be here Mary Kay. How are you?
Mary Kay: Good! I am great. All right. Let’s get going. I know you recently wrote a piece titled Distributor Model Training. So without getting too much into the article, can you talk to us about the focus of the piece?
Steve: Sure. As you know, many companies us a distribution model to sell their products and services. In this article, we describe how an LMS can not only be configured to handle this model, but also to enhance the advantages companies get from it.
Mary Kay: OK. Sounds good. Is there anything else you would like to share, Steve?
Steve: Sure. The article gets into how you can let your distributors manage and deliver training to both their end-users and their sales staff. I will stop here because I really do want people to read the article in full.
