In this edition, we are going to be talking with Mary Polley-Berte, Director of Customer Support and Training here at SyberWorks. She recently wrote an article called “28 Web Conference Training Tips,” and I thought we could talk with her about it and see if she would give us a few tips on the subject

Mary Kay: Hi, Mary. Hey, this is your first ever interview on the SyberWorks e-Learning Podcast Series. Wow, it's great to have you!
Mary Polley-Berte: Great to be here. How are you, Mary Kay?
Mary Kay: I'm doing awesome. All right, let's get to it. I know you recently wrote an article, “28 Web Conference Training Tips.” Without getting too much into your article, because I know people want to read it, can you mention a few web conference training tips that we could talk about?
Mary: Absolutely! In the article, we discuss the importance of pre-planning for your web conference training, we describe good practices for conducting your training, and some techniques for keeping your audiences engaged in the training.
Mary Kay: All right, sounds good. Is there anything else you would like to share?
Mary: Just that web conferencing is a valuable training tool that offers flexibility and convenience. I don't want to say too much more, I would like to let people have an opportunity to read the article.
